Directions for Shampoo & Body Bar: A little goes a long way. Wet the bar and create lather for use on hair and body. On wet sectioned hair, rub the bar on the scalp in 2 circular motions to work up a lather and proceed to wash the hair focusing on the scalp and then hair. 2-3 washes should cleanse the hair creating a healthy clean environment for new growth to come in. ( Healthy hair grows from a clean scalp)

Directions for spray: Spray on hair until damp and massage onto scalp with the balls of your fingers or using our cap the cradle brush rubbing on length of hair as well. This is to be used to soothe scalp, as a daily hair hydrator, detangler and styler.
